Sales Manager

Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for inventory management and personnel devlopment. 

Compensation & Benefits:
The Sales Manager at Premier Toyota of Amherst may earn $85,000 to $200,000 per year with a base, commission, and bonus. Voluneteerism, education, retirement, phone stipend, company vehicle and traditional benefits blanket this position. 

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop salespeople.
• Lead, coach, and manage exceptional customer experiences.
• Manage inventory and productivity to best in class standards.
• Have fun.

Requirements:

• Experience in retail automobile sales and F&I sales management
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
