Some details about your department

We are looking for a driven and strategic Sales Manager to join our growing team in Tbilisi. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth in the tech industry.

What we'd like you to do

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in local and international markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise-level clients
  • Lead the full sales cycle: from prospecting to closing deals
  • Present and promote our software development services to potential clients
  • Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales performance and pipeline

What we'd like you to bring

  • Proven experience in B2B sales (preferably in tech or IT services)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into solutions
  • Experience working with international clients is a plus
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and proactive mindset
