Sales Xceleration Recruiting
Position Title: Sales Manager
Location: Canby, OR (Portland metro area / Willamette Valley territory, including Portland, Salem, and Vancouver, WA; onsite for the initial 3 months, then eligible for a hybrid schedule)
Compensation: $85,000–$100,000+ Base Salary / $150,000–$180,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission)
Travel: Low travel (well under 25%; primarily regional driving within the territory and occasional visits to the Southern Oregon branch)
Industry: Commercial Mechanical, HVAC/R, and Commercial Plumbing Services
Why This Role Stands Out - High-Impact Growth Opportunity: Step into a pivotal leadership seat tasked with expanding the commercial HVAC division and building out a dedicated, scalable sales team
- True Hunter Focus with Back-End Support: Eliminate the typical sales "roller coaster"; an 80/20 hunting-to-farming model pairs you with internal operational, estimating, and account management teams to handle break-fix estimating and project closeouts so you can stay in front of clients
- Lucrative, Uncapped Upside: Backed by an uncapped commission structure offering 5% to 8–10% on gross profit margin deals, strongly rewarding new logos and high-margin recurring preventative maintenance (PM) agreements
- Vibrant, Values-Driven Culture: Operate in an open, structured environment run on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and L10 meetings, working directly alongside executive leadership who value integrity, transparency, craftsmanship, and humility
