The Schedule
Sales is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm, and Saturday, 8am to 6pm. These are showroom hours, not your shift. Your working schedule is set with the GM. You’ll work one Saturday per month and get a weekday off in exchange.

The Pay
$250,000+ in earning potential, based on performance

The Job

• Lead and coach Product Specialists to hit and beat their sales goals
• Hire and train new Product Specialists
• Structure offers that work for the customer and the dealership
• Know every factory and dealer incentive cold and apply it correctly
• Submit credit apps and match buyers to the right lender
• Step in to close deals (T.O.) when Product Specialists need backup
• Handle tough customer moments with professionalism
• Keep the GM in the loop on wins, problems, and next moves

What You Need

• Leadership experience, sales or management background
• Strong communication skills, in person and electronic
• Comfort with CRM and dealership software
• Competitive, goal-driven mindset
• Clean driving record (2 years)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
