Be a Coach, Not Just a Desk Manager
We're looking for a Sales Manager who develops people. At Graff Auto Campus, our managers lead as coaches, trainers, and mentors, building sales teams that hit their numbers, stay longer, and grow into future leaders.
Transparent Pay and Benefits
- $80,000–$150,000 per year, paid bi-weekly

What You'll Do
- Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales consultants to meet and exceed targets
- Run weekly one-on-ones covering wins, CRM accountability, appointments, follow-up, and personal and income goals
- Onboard new hires with a structured 30/60/90-day plan
- Develop and implement sales strategies that drive revenue growth
- Monitor team performance and recognize wins through leaderboards and team competitions
- Build relationships with key customers and identify new business opportunities
- Help recruit and interview talent, hiring for attitude, work ethic, and coachability
What You Bring
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably automotive
- A proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for developing people
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
