Position Summary

This role is responsible for leading daily delivery operations while supporting sales execution across the assigned territory. This role ensures best in class customer service, efficient route execution, merchandising standards, inventory accuracy, and overall team performance. It works closely with delivery drivers, customers, and internal teams to maintain operational excellence and drive sales growth. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, solving operational challenges, and balancing both sales execution and delivery operations while maintaining a strong presence in the field.


Key Responsibilities
 
  • Supervise and support team to ensure safe, timely, and accurate deliveries. 
  • Build and maintain customer relationships through regular store visits and issue resolution. 
  • Execute sales initiatives, merchandising standards, product resets, and new item launches. 
  • Monitor inventory levels, product rotation, and in-store execution to maximize sales opportunities. 
  • Hire, train, and coach while reinforcing company policies and safety standards. 
  • Monitor daily routing, scheduling, and operational priorities to improve efficiency. 
  • Review sales and operational performance, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. 
  • Collaborate with leadership on customer growth, service levels, and market execution. 
  • Maintain the accuracy of proof of delivery, checks, and all required documentation to ensure proper record keeping. This would include inventory counts of storage unit at period end.
 
        
Qualifications
 
  • 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Clean and insurable driving record.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Proven ability to motivate teams and drive results.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient with mobile technology and applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Zoom, Teams.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in retail, warehouse, and outdoor environments.
 
 
Work Environment
 
  • Approximately 75% field-based travel within an assigned market, typically within a 2–2.5-hour radius.
  • Approximately 25% office and administrative responsibilities including planning, reporting, and team meetings.
  • Early morning starts and occasional evening or weekend work as business needs require.
