Minimum 5 Years experience in Construction / Remodeling Sales 

Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to fill an opening with a construction located in the Metro Detroit area. The ideal candidates should have experience managing sales teams and working with home remodels.

Requirements of the Sales Manager

• 5 years of experience managing sales teams 

• 3+ years of experience in home and/or basement remodeling 

• Experience developing, implementing and maintaining KPI's

Responsibilities of the Sales Manager

• Develop, implement at track KPI's for sales team

• Drive revenue generations through developing sales team 

• Monitor daily and weekly sales goals for the team 

• Coach sales team member individually and hold team members accountable to daily & weekly goals 

• Develop and maintain clear processes 

• Ride-along and coach in-field as needed
