Description
-Demonstrated success in leading and developing teams through effective coaching, accountability, and performance improvement.
-Proven ability to develop contractor relationships, expand existing accounts, and drive repeat sales within building materials and metal products and construction supply,
-Ability to transition an order-driven sales team toward proactive business development and prospecting while maintaining timely, responsive quoting and customer service.
-Strong business acumen in pricing, margin management, customer commitments, and cross-functional coordination with operations.

-Must have at least 5 year's of sales management experience in metal manufacturing
-Contractor-market experience and sales leadership

-Tech savvy with MS Office, Excel and CRM or Salesforce experience preferred
-Ability to build relationships with customers and all levels of employees
