Compensation: $40,000 - $45,000 base salary + up to $1000/month in bonuses
Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours/week, including 2-3 Saturdays/month)

beem® Light Sauna is a rapidly expanding wellness studio in Macon, GA, offering state-of-the-art infrared light therapy in a clean, calm, and community-centered environment. Our mission is to help people feel their best physically, mentally, and emotionally.

We are seeking a Sales Manager who is energetic, sales-driven, and ready to lead a small team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. This is a full-time leadership position ideal for someone who is passionate about health, wellness, and personal growth both for themselves and others.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 50+ outbound calls or texts daily to follow up with leads and convert sales

• Conduct studio tours, wellness consultations, and in-person membership sales

• Manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue goals

• Plan and execute local marketing events, partnerships, and community outreach

• Create and maintain a 90-day local marketing calendar

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive performance

• Coach and support front desk staff to achieve individual and team sales targets

• Address client concerns professionally and ensure a high-quality experience

• Oversee daily operations including: scheduling, reporting, inventory, and CRM management

• Take initiative to improve processes and lead by example

Requirements

Required:

• 2+ years of experience in sales, studio management, or a membership-based business

• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Experience with outbound calls, lead follow-up, and appointment setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Willingness to work 23 Saturdays/month

Preferred:

• Background in boutique fitness, spa, cryotherapy, or wellness studios

• Experience with CRM platforms like Mindbody, Zenoti, or ClubReady

• Skilled in coordinating local events, pop-ups, or brand activations

• Familiarity with social media for basic promotion and content collaboration

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time: 40 hours/week (56 days/week)

• Includes 23 Saturdays/month for events or studio support

• Base Salary: $40,000-$45,000/year

• Bonus Potential: Up to $1000/month based on performance
