As we continue to grow, we are looking for a driven Assistant Sales Manager to help lead sales, support operations, and build meaningful connections with members in Indian Trail and nearby Monroe.

About the Role

The Assistant Sales Manager is a sales-focused role that drives membership growth and supports the Studio Manager with daily operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated by performance-based pay, enjoys engaging with the community, and thrives in a fast-paced, member-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive new membership sales and renewals through outbound calls, lead follow-up, and studio tours.

• Confidently handle objections and close sales to meet monthly goals.

• Participate in grassroots marketing and community events to generate leads and promote the studio.

• Deliver a professional, welcoming experience to every member and guest.

• Assist with studio operations including scheduling, reporting, and front desk support.

• Support and motivate team members to maintain a high-energy, positive culture.

• Help ensure the studio remains clean, organized, and inviting.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, ideally in fitness, wellness, or membership-based businesses.

• Motivated by commission and bonuses, with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliable, organized, and able to multi-task in a busy studio setting.

• Passionate about health, fitness, and Pilates.

• Full-time availability, including weekends.

• Must be able to commute reliably to Indian Trail/Monroe, NC.

• Comfortable completing a background check as part of the hiring process.
