Sales Manager

Brewer Science, Inc. is a major innovator of high-technology solutions for the semiconductor / microelectronics markets. We are currently seeking a purpose-driven candidate with an ownership mentality to fill an open position as a Sales Manager. This position will be Remote.

Summary:

A Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales activities with a proven track record of sales performance and success. Sales Managers are expected to utilize their knowledge to identify, hunt, and qualify leads to uncover new sales opportunities that will lead to new product introductions, qualifications, and POR wins and build lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

Sales Manager

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company''s product portfolio and its applications.
• Manage a portfolio of key accounts, serving as a trusted advisor by understanding customer business models, supply chain dependencies, and long-term goals. Leverage account insights to maintain loyalty and grow account value over time.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by proactively engaging with clients, tracking key performance indicators (e.g., product performance, delivery timelines), and implementing corrective actions when needed.
• Understand customer needs, create tailored business proposals, and demonstrate the value of our solutions.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows.
• Research and target new customers, develop customer plans, and achieve revenue, market share, and profitability targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, using product knowledge and expertise to promote and sell the company''s products.
• Generate leads, qualify prospects, negotiate deals, and close opportunities to drive profitable growth

Education & Credentials:

Sales Manager

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, business, or related is preferred and 6+ years of sales experience, preferably in a high-tech or technical field such as in the semiconductor industry or
• Master's degree in related field and 4+ years of sales experience or
• PhD in related field and 2+ years of sales experience or
• An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with complex sales cycles including hardware, SaaS platform, and analytics
• Experience selling direct to end users while fostering OEM partnerships
• Familiarity with sensor technology and applications
• Experience working in a start-up environment

Compensation:

This is a non-commission based position with compensation and salary will depend on position level, your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.

Base pay for this role is between $86,000 and $150,000 annually.
