Key Responsibilities:
Revenue & EBITDA Leadership:
- Own annual revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA targets.
- Drive profitable growth through strategic pricing, customer mix optimization, and commercial negotiations.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
- Monitor pipeline health, bookings, conversion rates, and profitability metrics.
- Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to improve cost competitiveness and margin performance.
Business Development:
- Identify and secure new OEM customers across target industries.
- Expand business opportunities within existing customer accounts.
- Lead customer acquisition efforts from prospecting through contract closure.
- Drive RFQ management and commercial proposal strategies.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers.
- Lead customer business reviews, contract discussions, and strategic planning sessions.
- Serve as the executive escalation point for major commercial matters.
- Improve customer retention and long-term account growth.
Team Leadership & Sales Operations:
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing business development and project management teams.
- Establish KPIs and performance metrics for sales effectiveness.
- Drive CRM utilization, forecasting accuracy, and reporting discipline.
- Support recruitment and development of sales talent.
