Job Highlights
- Responsible for their own sales (Sales & Variable margin) within a country , multi country or region, has a responsibility over their accounts, providing customers with commercial and technical information, to comit achievement (Top line & Variable margin) to meet BU Rhein Chemie''s (RCH) goals and KPI set
- Ensure a proper receivable management of their accounts
- Manage accounts for BU RCH with focus on new business development and maintanance of actual customer sales
- Visit customers across US and Canada to find prospects and represent BU RCH sales portfolio, with focus on existing and new customers
- Interface with employees of following regional depatments marketing, sales, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, application technology, etc.
- Internal liaison with various interfaces
- Working with Procurement on raw material pricing
- Working with Controlling and Operations on how to reduce fixed costs
Experience / Skills
- B.S. or B.A. in Engineering (Chemical / Rubber / Industrial) or Chemistry
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Account Management skills
- MS Office products, SAP, IBP, CRM
- Marketing knowledge - Price build up / Margin calculation
