A DAY IN THE LIFE...

Responsible for driving group room revenue and achieving the hotel's sales objectives by proactively identifying, soliciting, negotiating, and securing new and repeat business. Builds and maintains strong client relationships while expanding market share through strategic account management, direct sales efforts, networking, tele prospecting, referrals, and community partnerships. Collaborates with hotel leadership to maximize occupancy, increase revenue, and strengthen the hotel's position within the local market.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • High school diploma required or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and hotel sales experience will be considered.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive hotel sales experience, preferably in a full-service or luxury hotel environment, with demonstrated success in group and corporate sales.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Experience with hotel property management and sales systems such as Delphi, CI/TY, Opera, or similar platforms is preferred.

$95,000.00 + Noble House bonus plan
