Position Overview

We’re excited to welcome a newly renovated property and introduce the Spark by Hilton brand to the Peachtree Group, Hospitality Management. We are looking for a high-energy Sales Manager to lead the way.

This is your chance to be on the front lines of a fresh chapter, driving sales efforts for a reimagined hotel experience that combines affordability, simplicity, and Hilton-quality hospitality. The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing key accounts, and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• • Network with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with large accounts and repeat clients.
  • Maintain a loyal customer base through excellent service and follow-up.
  • Analyze the current client base and identify target markets. 
  • Devise innovative strategies to expand the hotel’s reach and attract new clients. 
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales tactics. 
  • Develop promotional campaigns and advertising materials to enhance brand visibility.
  • Oversee the distribution of marketing collateral across appropriate channels.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with brand messaging.
  • Identify and reach out to organizations and businesses in need of event and conference venues.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase the hotel’s amenities and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with the hotel’s revenue goals.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
