Job Summary
 
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing team! The right candidate will be goal-oriented and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They will be responsible for ensuring the overall success of the dealership and providing leadership and guidance to all employees.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain superior customer service (CSI) through dealership culture
  • Review critical metrics daily for sales department and make necessary adjustments to increase production
  • Assist in developing an advertising and marketing plan
  • Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process
  • Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
  • Provide training and support to all staff
  • Assist sales consultants in closing deals and attracting more customers
  • Call, email, text and communicate with prospects and customers
  • Strong desking and closing abilities - special finance knowledge is beneficial for this role
  • Should be knowledgeable with appraising trade-ins and used car street purchases
Qualifications
  • Consistent track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of automotive sales management experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Understanding of inventory control
  • Strong computer and phone skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Ambitious, goal oriented, and able to work within a dynamic environment
  • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
