Sales Manager

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. In this pivotal role, you will be required to make calls, texts an emails to increase membership. In addition to this you will oversee daily store operations, develop strategic sales initiatives, and foster a customer-centric environment. Your leadership will inspire team members to achieve sales targets, deliver exceptional customer service, and maintain operational excellence. Responsibilities

• Exceed sales goals in addition to effective coaching and performance management.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and merchandising plans to attract customers and increase revenue.
• Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, pricing adjustments, and POS (Point of Sale) system usage.
• Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and operational procedures.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience in exceeding sales along with management or supervisory roles within the retail industry with a strong background in managing sales teams.
• Excellent negotiation skills coupled with managerial communication abilities to lead teams effectively.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred but not necessary to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently across tasks such as staffing, training, budgeting, and inventory management.
• Experience with employee orientation, interviewing candidates, recruiting efforts, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and cash handling is highly desirable.
• Leadership qualities such as team management experience, supervising staff shifts, training & development capabilities are vital for fostering a positive work environment.
