Sales Marketing Lead

Hammer & Nails Luxury Grooming Shop for Guys is a one-stop-shop for gentlemen to receive all their grooming needs in a man-cave environment.  We are looking for a Sales Marketing Lead who will have strong sales, customer service, computer, written, and verbal communication skills. This position requires a blend of organizational skills with an adept proficiency in people skills. Sales, scheduling, member service, training, marketing, and intuitive thinking all illustrate the needed organizational skills. This person will have the ability to identify and solve problems, set expectations and goals, and delegate tasks while modeling hospitality. This individual will assist, support, and partner with Leadership in shop operations to set team goals, develop opportunities, and celebrate team wins. Must be sales driven, outgoing, cheerful, engaging, energetic, resourceful, imaginative, and goal oriented. This is a district position.  Active Driver's License required.

The Sales Marketing Lead will oversee daily shop operations at the location they are reporting to, while supporting district-wide operational and marketing responsibilities as assigned. They are responsible for driving sales, maintaining member satisfaction, supporting team training, managing marketing initiatives, and ensuring smooth shop execution.

$26.50 hourly PLUS +++ commissions, benefits, PTO, Holiday pay
