Sales Operations Analyst I

We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst I to support high-volume operational workflows across contracts, supplier onboarding, payouts, reporting, and data management. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, comfortable working across multiple systems, and experienced in improving and scaling operational processes.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Manage and maintain accurate records across Salesforce and internal operational systems.

• Support contract intake, documentation, and validation of key contract details.

• Coordinate supplier onboarding and track requests through completion.

• Prepare, validate, and track payout requests from submission through payment.

• Reconcile contract, payout, supplier, and financial data across multiple systems.

• Maintain recurring reports, trackers, dashboards, and operational status updates.

• Identify and resolve data discrepancies, process exceptions, and workflow issues.

• Maintain and improve SOPs, documentation, and recurring operational processes.

• Support efforts to scale manual workflows through standardization, process improvement, and automation.

Required Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience in operations, sales/revenue operations, contract administration, procurement, AP/AR support, data entry/QA, or a related field.

• Hands-on experience supporting deal fulfillment, contract-to-payout, or similar high-volume operational workflows.

• Experience reviewing contracts or working with contract-related documentation and requirements.

• Strong attention to detail and demonstrated accuracy in deadline-driven, transactional environments.

• Strong Excel or spreadsheet skills, including lookups, pivot tables, conditional logic, data cleanup, and basic reconciliation.

• Ability to follow documented processes while identifying gaps or inefficiencies.

• Clear and concise written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience improving or scaling operational processes, programs, or workflows.

• Experience moving manual processes toward more standardized or automated solutions.

• Hands-on Salesforce experience, including records, reports, list views, and data updates.

• Deal desk or sales/revenue operations experience with a strong internal operations focus.

• Experience supporting procurement, supplier onboarding, payments, invoices, POs, or related finance workflows.

• Experience working across multiple systems and reconciling data inconsistencies.
