Title - Sales Operations Coordinator – Commercial Accounts

Location - Charlotte, NC | Onsite | Entry-Level / Early Career

What You’ll Do:

• Support commercial sales teams with order and contract processing

• Review orders for accuracy and completeness before they move forward

• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Client Services, and Service Delivery teams

• Track orders from submission through completion and help resolve issues or delays

• Maintain accurate information across internal systems

• Serve as a go-to resource for questions related to orders, processes, and documentation

• Help keep complex commercial accounts organized and on track
