What you’ll be doing...

As a Senior Manager of Sales Operations & Enablement within the CSO Operations organization, you will spearhead localized marketing initiatives, including sponsorships, partner management, asset and contract administration, and budget oversight across Consumer Sales organizations. You will lead end-to-end marketing strategies, local event activations, co-op programs, and partner enablement while driving field leadership alignment through comprehensive post-campaign evaluations. In this role, you will also manage LOA policies and procedures, oversee store visit workflows and field communications, serve as the centralized point of contact for ticket allocation across all VCG channels, and partner with leadership to ensure strategic alignment across operational objectives. Experience in Consumer Sales, Operations, and Marketing, along with strong project management and budget management skills, is essential for success.

• Developing and executing multi-market, localized marketing strategies aligned with corporate goals and region dynamics
• Acting as the primary marketing point of contact for Area and Region Consumer Sales Leadership
• Maintaining and governing the Region marketing efforts, local guidelines, and budget approvals
• Planning, leading, and measuring market-specific event activations, community sponsorships, and marketing campaigns
• Managing, tracking, and optimizing Region budgets and event expenses
• Conducting comprehensive post-campaign reporting and monitoring Area and Region KPIs

This hybrid role will have assigned office days as set by the manager.

With a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain focus on the bigger picture, you consistently deliver results within established timelines. Experience handling confidential information and forward-looking data is essential.

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
• Experience in Project Management
• Experience creating and presenting executive level presentation
• Retail Operations and Retail Sales Experience
• Experience working in a cross-functional team environment with changing and evolving roles and responsibilities.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

• Master's Degree
• Strong leadership and partnership skills
• High proficiency with Google G Suite
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and experience delivering to senior leadership
• Understanding of Retail Systems/Tools
• Three or more years of experience managing multiple priorities, complex projects, and large cross-functional teams to deliver quality results

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours.
