Molex, a Koch company, is seeking a Sales Operations Intern to join our Global Sales and Marketing organization in Lisle, IL for Summer 2027. In this position, you will support initiatives that improve business processes, drive adoption of new systems and tools, and help ensure our global sales organization is operating efficiently. This role offers hands-on experience working at the intersection of business operations, technology, and continuous improvement.

Through weekly learning sessions, location-specific programming, and professional development, we aim to help every individual grow and learn how they can best contribute. This 12-week program will allow you to experience Life at Koch, as you start your career and go anywhere within our network of companies.
What You Will Do
Interns will spend their summer gaining hands-on experience, enjoying a variety of networking events to promote lasting career connections, partnering with interns from other disciplines on case studies, and participating in our Innovation Challenge. These are just a few key aspects of our internship program.
Conduct internal and external research to identify opportunities for process and system optimization.
Assist in developing adoption strategies and change management frameworks for new systems and system enhancements.
Help establish metrics and reporting methods to measure the effectiveness and business value of new tools and processes.
Partner with stakeholders across the organization to support simplification and continuous improvement initiatives.
Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to business partners and leadership.

For this role, we anticipate paying $25 per hour.
