Sales Opportunity | Flooring

A respected leader in commercial and residential flooring is looking for an experienced Sales professional to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–5 years of flooring sales experience who enjoys building relationships, driving business, and managing projects from cradle to grave.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute sales strategies
• Build relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources
• Must be able to work independently, without direct supervision, and manage own Time/Travel to scheduled appointments. 
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from sale through completion

What they’re looking for:

• 2–5 years of B2B flooring sales experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Project management experience and comfort using related tools

Compensation & benefits:

• Competitive base pay plus the opportunity to earn bonuses and commission based on performance. 
• Base pay will be determined by experience in B2B sales.
• Full benefits package, including health insurance
