POSITION SUMMARY

Under direct supervision, responsible for processing orders for materials or merchandise from direct customer contact.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Responsible for processing orders for materials or merchandise from direct customer contact. (Essential)
• Create and monitor work orders to meet production and customer requirements. (Essential)
• Create sales order's ensuring proper documentation and approvals are obtained prior to order booking. (Essential)
• Maintain customer files with sales purchase orders, sales orders, and other information. (Essential)
• Track sales shipment, delivery, and backlog activities, providing internal sales reports when needed. (Essential)
• Provide technical assistance to customers and sales personnel via telephone. (Essential)
• Act as a Liaison between customers and manufacturing, logistics, purchasing, sales, field service, and accounting to resolve status, production, delivery, and billing inquiries. (Essential)
• Provide status and data for weekly customer reporting. (Essential)
• Coordinate cross-functional activities between Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and Field Service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Essential)
• Coordinate customer escalations and delivery issues to ensure timely resolution. (Essential)
• Comply with EBARA safety policies, including participation in and completion of all required safety training. (Essential)
• Maintain clean and safe working environment compliant with Ebara safety policies. (Essential)
• Perform other duties as assigned. (Non-essential)
