Your Role
As a Sales Order Associate, you will play a key role in managing the order-to-delivery process, ensuring accurate order processing, invoicing, and effective coordination with internal teams. Your attention to detail and operational mindset will help maintain smooth workflows and support business growth.
Your Mission
Enter and process sales orders in the ERP/CRM system (Galaxy).
Prepare offers for new clients and support the sales process.
Issue invoices for new deals upon delivery.
Collaborate closely with the procurement and warehouse teams to monitor and manage inventory levels.
Perform periodic stock checks and reconciliations.
Support the team in resolving sales order-related issues and ensuring timely order execution.
Maintain accurate records and contribute to the efficiency of daily operations.
What You Offer
At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Educational background in Finance, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
Organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good command of English language.
A Great Asset
Experience with Galaxy ERP or other ERP systems.
Knowledge of inventory management and order-to-cash processes.
Previous experience in sales operations, logistics, or customer support environments.
