Allstate Insurance Agency – Gregg Blanchard is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Processor and Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Responsibilities:

• Process new insurance policy applications accurately and efficiently to ensure timely coverage
• Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience
• Coordinate with sales agents to manage policy documentation and follow-up tasks
• Verify client information and ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines
• Maintain and update client records within agency management systems (CRM)
• Communicate with carriers to confirm policy binding, payments, and issuance
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks to drive overall agency performance

Requirements:

• Prior experience in insurance, sales support, or client onboarding preferred
• Active Florida 2-20 or 4-40 insurance license is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and general computer applications preferred
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a professional and friendly demeanor
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
