What You'll Do
- Run warm, company-generated appointments with homeowners who already called us
- Educate, don't pressure — walk customers through options using a consultative, no-BS sales process
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners (realtors, property managers, past customers) to keep the pipeline full
- Close deals and hand off clean, accurate job details to the install crew
- Represent the Brothers Gutters name and culture everywhere you go
