BMW of Arlington is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Client Advisor to join our high-performing sales team. Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers and provide a world-class dealership experience from initial contact through delivery.
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that align with their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
• Conduct vehicle presentations, demonstrations, and test drives.
• Maintain expert knowledge of BMW vehicles, features, technology, financing options, and competitive products.
• Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, showroom traffic, and previous customers.
• Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Present pricing, payment options, and vehicle protection products professionally and accurately.
• Work closely with the Finance and Service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Meet and exceed sales, customer satisfaction, and dealership performance goals.
• Participate in training programs and stay current on BMW products and industry trends.
• Prospect for new business through referrals, networking, and community engagement.
• Maintain professional appearance and adherence to dealership standards.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, customer service, or relationship-building experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
• Self-motivated with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and a flexible schedule as needed.
• Valid driver''s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to learn new technology, software, and automotive product knowledge.
