Responsibilities

As a Professional Sales Consultant, you will:

  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

  • Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to fit their needs and budget.

  • Build lasting relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.

  • Learn and become knowledgeable about Ford and Lincoln vehicles, financing options, and dealership services.

  • Follow up with customers using phone, text, email, and CRM tools.

  • Work closely with your team to provide a seamless and enjoyable buying experience.

  • Maintain professionalism, integrity, and dependable attendance.

  • Strive to meet and exceed individual and dealership goals.
