Job Details

Qualifications
3+ years of commercial flooring sales, estimating, project management, or construction experience
Knowledge of carpet, resilient flooring, tile, hardwood, laminate, and specialty flooring products preferred
Ability to read plans, specifications, and construction documents
Experience pricing commercial construction projects
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction-related software
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Texas as needed

Preferred Qualifications
Commercial flooring industry experience
Existing relationships with Texas general contractors and developers
Experience with estimating platforms and project management software
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field preferred
