In this role, you will focus on identifying potential candidates, conducting initial interviews, scheduling appointments, and helping qualified individuals explore career opportunities with our organization.

Identify and connect with potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Review resumes and screen applicants for qualifications and career interests.
Conduct introductory phone and Zoom interviews.
Schedule candidates for interviews and informational meetings with leadership.
Follow up with prospective candidates throughout the recruiting process.
Maintain organized candidate records and track recruiting activity.
Assist with onboarding and welcoming new team members.
Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
Participate in recruiting meetings and professional development training.
Work closely with leadership to support team expansion and recruiting goals.

Comfortable using Zoom, email, job boards, and social media platforms.

Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
Previous recruiting experience is a plus.
