We are looking for a Sales Recruiter to Join our team. We currently have both full and part time positions available. This is a recruiting position that will focus on filling open sales, marketing, and management positions within our existing client base.
Responsibilities:
Identify and utilize sourcing tools and resources to recruit qualified sales candidates, including LinkedIn, job websites, professional networks and referrals.
Consult and partner with managers on the recruitment process, strategy, and expectations.
Screen and present most qualified candidates to hiring manager.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
0 to 4 years of agency recruitment or staffing experience preferred
sales experience a plus
Experienced user of LinkedIn, job boards, and sourcing tools
Ability to partner with customers and meet customer needs
Excellent rapport building and communication skills
Resourceful and results-driven
Strong organizational skills
