Miller Brother Staffing Solutions is opening and expanding its presence throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
This is an onsite position based in West Chester, PA. You'll have your own office and workspace while working directly with our President, Vice President, and Director of Operations to help launch and grow our newest branch.
You'll start by learning the business from the ground up through recruiting support and administrative responsibilities. From day one, you'll also begin training in recruiting, business development, client management, and staffing operations.
This isn't a position where you'll be doing the same thing every day. You'll be in the office, meeting candidates, visiting client facilities, attending networking events, and helping build a branch from the beginning.

Realistic Earnings
Year 1: $50,000-$70,000
Year 2: $70,000-$110,000
Year 3: $110,000-$200,000
Year 4+: $200,000+
