We're growing rapidly and we're looking for someone to join our Sales Team. We're looking for people who have experience in phone sales. If you have prior insurance experience, then we really want to speak with you. Insurance companies are cutting pay, we're not! I pride myself in paying my employees fairly and treating them like I want to be treated. If you have enjoy working the phones, have mortgage connections, or an insurance license this is the team/agency for you.

Salary Range: $85000.00 - $125000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission

Responsibilities

Connect with prospective clients to understand what they need to feel secure and protected.

Draft insurance proposals that offer genuine value rather than just a quote.

Maintain an organized daily schedule to follow up with leads and current policyholders.

Maintain a daily outbound call volume of 150 calls a day.

Market to lenders and other businesses that can refer you clients.

Keep our records accurate and up-to-date to ensure we stay compliant and efficient.

Educate clients on their coverage options so they feel confident in their financial decisions.

Current Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Experience in sales, retail, or a customer-facing role where building relationships was the main focus.

Clear and articulate communication style, both in person and on the phone.

Basic proficiency with computer systems and insurance software.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Active Life & Health license is a bonus but not required.
