Sales Rep

Top Gun Staffing Group has partnered with a thriving professional services firm on the Seacoast of New Hampshire to identify an experienced Sales Representative to join its team.

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for a driven sales professional who enjoys connecting with prospective clients, developing new business, and turning opportunities into long-term relationships. The successful candidate will play an important role in expanding the firm's customer base and contributing to continued growth.

What You'll Do

• Build and expand a pipeline of prospective customers through a variety of business development activities
• Identify and pursue opportunities within targeted markets and industries
• Manage prospects throughout the sales cycle, from initial outreach through close
• Develop trusted relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Work toward established revenue and performance objectives
• Partner with internal teams to ensure new clients receive a smooth transition and positive experience
• Keep customer, prospect, and activity information current within the company's CRM
• Review sales activity and results to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Represent the organization professionally in client conversations, meetings, and other business development activities

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of professional sales experience
• Demonstrated success developing new business and achieving sales objectives
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Comfortable initiating conversations with prospective customers and developing new accounts
• Confident negotiator with strong business judgment
• Highly organized with excellent follow-through and time-management skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working in a performance-oriented environment
• Ability to use data and sales metrics to prioritize activities and improve results
• Familiarity with CRM platforms; HubSpot experience is a plus
• Exposure to the third-party collections industry or related professional services is a plus
