Responsibilities

Explain insurance policies and coverage options clearly and concisely.

Develop and present customized insurance proposals tailored to individual client requirements.

Nurture client relationships by providing exceptional service and support throughout their policy lifecycle.

Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for business growth and process improvement.

Stay informed about market changes and new product offerings to better serve our clients.


Requirements

Must possess an active Texas Property & Casualty License.

Demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the insurance sector.

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.

A genuine desire to help people and build lasting relationships.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office software.

A proactive approach to learning and staying updated on insurance products and industry trends.
