Salary Range: $60000.00 - $80000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Meet with local families and business owners to understand their unique protection needs.

Explain complex insurance concepts in a way that is easy for clients to grasp and feel confident about.

Proactively manage and nurture your own book of business through consistent follow-ups and service check-ins.

Collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure our office standards for service and care are met every single day.

Utilize our agency resources to create accurate quotes that offer genuine value to our prospects.

Participate in local community events and networking to build lasting connections within Aberdeen.

Washington State Property and Casualty Insurance License.

Previous experience in a customer-facing sales role.

Strong comfort level with computer systems and digital documentation.

A genuine desire to help community members protect what matters most.
