The Role:
We're looking for an experienced salesperson with knowledge of detailing, paint protection film (PPF) and window tint. You'll own the sales process from finding and qualifying prospects to setting appointments, closing sales and handing the job over to our shop team.
This is an active sales position, not just answering calls or booking appointments. You'll work incoming leads, follow up on open quotes and generate new business through outbound prospecting.
Your Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls, messages and inquiries promptly.
- Prospect for new customers and follow up consistently with existing opportunities.
- Understand the customer's vehicle, needs, budget and timing, then explain appropriate service options.
- Sell tint, PPF, ceramic coatings, paint correction and detailing using approved service information and pricing.
- Handle objections, ask for the sale and follow approved processes for deposits and payments.
- Book and confirm appointments in coordination with shop availability. Follow up on no-shows and unbooked leads.
- Get approval before offering discounts or custom deals.
- Keep HighLevel updated with conversations, quotes, follow-up tasks and sales stages.
- Give a complete handoff with agreed services, price, payment status, scheduling and customer expectations.
What You Bring:
- Proven sales and closing experience.
- Existing knowledge of detailing, PPF and window tint.
- Confidence selling by phone and communicating clearly by text and email.
- Strong follow-through, organization and accurate CRM records.
- The ability to sell value without overpromising or relying on discounts.
How We'll Measure Success:
Qualified appointments that show up, opportunities converted into paying customers, consistent follow-up, accurate records and smooth handoffs to the shop. Numeric targets will be set separately.
