Sales Representative

We're looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about sales and customer service. As a Sales Representative, you'll help customers find the right phones, wireless plans, and accessories while delivering an outstanding in-store experience. This is a full-time opportunity with unlimited earning potential through commissions and performance incentives.

What You'll Do

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best wireless solutions.
• Proactively promote current deals, devices, and service plans to drive sales.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business.
• Accurately process sales transactions, activations, upgrades, and account changes.
• Maintain product knowledge to confidently recommend accessories and additional services.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented sales environment.
