Sales Representative / Business Development Representative

$16.00/hour + Uncapped Commission

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Local travel throughout the Phoenix metro area required

Job Summary

LJ’s Cleaning Solutions is seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative / Business Development Representative to help grow our commercial cleaning, construction support, and facility services business throughout Arizona.

This position focuses on generating new business, building client relationships, scheduling meetings, conducting site visits, preparing proposals, and helping secure new service contracts.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events

• Research prospective clients and key decision-makers

• Schedule meetings with contractors, developers, property managers, facility directors, and business owners

• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and service presentations

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate services

• Prepare proposals, estimates, and pricing packages

• Follow up on bids, proposals, and sales opportunities

• Assist with contract negotiations and closing new accounts

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Maintain accurate CRM and prospect records

• Provide weekly sales activity and pipeline reports

• Coordinate with operations to ensure successful transitions for new accounts

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of sales, business development, customer service, or account management experience

• Strong communication, networking, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to independently manage a sales territory and pipeline

• Professional appearance and presentation skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Ability to travel locally throughout Phoenix and surrounding areas

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:

• Commercial cleaning or janitorial services

• Construction support services

• Facility maintenance or building services

• Property management

• Staffing or labor services

• Commercial construction

• Existing relationships within the construction or facility management industry

Compensation & Incentives

• $16.00/hour

• Uncapped commission
