Job Description

Account Executive - Service Sales

Columbus, OH

Base Salary $95k- $110k + performance-based incentives

We are seeking a results-driven Account Executive to support the growth of our service business. This role is responsible for managing existing customer relationships while developing new business across commercial markets.

The Account Executive sells repair services and service agreements across mechanical and HVAC systems for Commercial and Industrial customers. This role focuses on delivering practical, value-driven solutions that improve building performance and long-term reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial accounts
  • Develop new business through prospecting, networking, and market outreach
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across service offerings
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and maintain an active pipeline
  • Conduct site visits, assess system needs, and develop tailored proposals
  • Partner with internal teams to support pricing, execution, and customer success
  • Maintain CRM activity, forecasting, and territory management

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience in HVAC and mechanical services,
  • Proven ability to close new business and grow existing accounts
  • Experience selling service agreements and technical solutions
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
