Location: Hybrid / On the Road (Serving Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade Counties)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Position Overview

We are seeking a driven, high-performing Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team. In this hybrid/field role, you will drive business growth by identifying new residential remodeling opportunities, building strategic relationships, and closing high-ticket home renovation projects across South Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue & Close Deals: Perform in-person client consultations, pitch luxury residential remodeling concepts, and convert leads into signed contracts for projects ranging from $100K to $1M+.
• Business Development & Pipeline Generation: Proactively source new project opportunities through strategic networking, architect/designer partnerships, realtor relationships, and local trade avenues.
• Lead Rehash & Client Retention: Re-engage past prospective leads, overcome sales objections, and uncover new project scopes with existing or past clients.
• Consultative Selling: Conduct home walkthroughs, evaluate scope of work, present detailed scope estimates, and align remodeling solutions with client budgets and timelines.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain consistent follow-ups with active leads, track sales activity, and manage client communications through deal closing.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate seamlessly with our internal design, estimating, and project management staff to ensure an exceptional customer experience from pitch to project start.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 2+ years of successful sales experience, preferably in high-end residential remodeling, general contracting, home improvement, or real estate development.
• Sales Aptitude: Proven ability to close high-ticket deals ($50K–$500K+) and comfortably navigate commission-based compensation models.
• Local Market Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the South Florida residential market across Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade counties.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presence.
• Mobility: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site client meetings and property walkthroughs throughout the region.
• Work Ethic: Self-motivated, target-driven, organized, and capable of managing a flexible hybrid and field schedule.
