We're looking for a Sales Representative to join our team. You'll help customers protect what matters most while growing your skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Grow the business — Prospect for new clients, provide quotes, and bind multi-line insurance policies
- Serve existing customers — Handle inquiries, process changes, accept premiums, and resolve issues with professionalism
- Manage the work environment — Maintain an organized, welcoming office that reflects Alfa's professional standards
- Support daily operations — Manage reports, documentation, and mail distribution to keep the office running smoothly
- Make underwriting decisions — Assess applicant insurability and process applications accurately
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to obtain an Insurance Producer license within 90 days of hire
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems
- Strong communication skills across phone, email, and in-person interactions
- A positive attitude and team-first mindset
