POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Sales Representative, your roles and responsibilities will include:

• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing customer accounts across the Ohio market.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers through regular visits and ongoing engagement.
• Develop and execute key account plans aligned with customer business needs and purchasing preferences.
• Identify customer packaging requirements and recommend solutions that support customer success and profitable growth.
• Use market knowledge and competitive intelligence to identify sales opportunities and strengthen the company's market position.
• Apply business and financial acumen to make informed decisions and drive profitable sales growth.
• Represent the company's packaging solutions business professionally in customer meetings, industry events, and the broader packaging marketplace.
• Travel regularly to customer locations, meetings, and trade events, with travel expected to account for approximately 50% or more of working time.

QUALIFICATIONS

Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Sales Representative who enjoys their work and is considered to be one of the best within their organization. The ideal Sales Representative would be someone with experience in many (if not all) of the following:

• Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Sales experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Experience developing new business and growing existing customer accounts.
• Corrugated packaging industry experience preferred.
• Experience generating new business for a corrugated packaging manufacturer preferred.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused approach with a commitment to service excellence and profitable growth.
• Self-motivated, results-driven mindset with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to learn and communicate product offerings, processes, and business solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce preferred.
• Valid driver s license and willingness to travel approximately 50% or more.
