Interim HealthCare of El Paso is seeking an experienced Sales Representative / Marketing Liaison / Business Development Representative with a proven record of success in home care or home health sales.

In this role, you'll connect with healthcare professionals, community partners, and prospective clients to grow our business and help people receive care at home. Our services support daily living needs, including personal care, mobility, meal assistance, light housekeeping, and transportation, as well as skilled home health services.

As a Home Care Sales Representative, here's a big-picture view of what you'll do:

• Build and maintain referral relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other community partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop account strategies that generate referrals and support revenue growth.
• Deliver presentations that clearly explain our services and how we can meet clients' care needs.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, track sales activity, and manage follow-up with referral sources and prospective clients.
• Review sales results, account progress, and next steps with leadership.
• Partner with operations managers to support responsive service, address referral partner needs, and align growth with care capacity.
• Participate in community outreach, networking events, and other sales and marketing initiatives.

A few must-haves for Sales Representatives:

• Bachelor's Degree in business-related subject or equivalent work experience and training.
• Minimum of Two (2) years of proven successful sales experience in healthcare services.
• Demonstrated knowledge of home health services, referral sources and payors.
• Excellent communication skills, goal-driven mentality and ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational skills and Proficiency in using CRM tools and business computer software.
