Sales Representative - Flexible Work - Weekly Pay

Vector Marketing is currently holding virtual interviews for entry level sales rep positions. Our representatives sell Cutco products through one-on-one appointments that emphasize customer service. Our Cutco products are used in the home focusing on the kitchen and some gardening tools as well. Experience is not necessary because our training is designed to help people do well immediately.

We provide flexible schedules for anyone looking to make some extra income around their busy schedule. Interviewing now for immediate openings.

What we offer:
We offer guaranteed base pay that is not tied to sales, allowing reps to focus on providing excellent customer service rather than feeling pressured to make a sale. We also offer a performance-based commission structure that increases based on career sales performance - not length of service or annual resets. Representatives are paid a base ($25.00 base-appt) or commission, whichever is higher that week. Even during slower weeks, reps are still paid for every qualified appointment they complete, regardless of sales results.

We teach our reps how to do well in this role before they start and offer continued support and additional training as time goes on. Reps who work here long term (even if they only work part time) can move along several different career paths including management and career sales professional.

We help our reps create a schedule that works best for them. Some work as much as possible while others choose to be super part time around other commitments such as classes, full time jobs, internships, vacations, holiday plans, or family commitments. Seasonal work is available for reps just looking to earn some extra income for the holidays. Sales reps work locally after training, meetings and training are held in the office.

What we require:

• Enjoy working with people
• At least 18 years old or 17 and a HS Graduate
• Conditions apply
• Able to start - at least on a part time basis - within the next 7 - 10 days
• Willing to learn and apply new skills.

Who would do well:
People who have done well with us in the past have had experience in retail, fast food, cashier, administrative assistant, receptionist/office work, landscaping, and in just about any field you can imagine. Some didn't have any traditional work experience at all, but they excelled in activities like theater, sports, or band. We welcome all applicants who have a positive attitude and enjoy working with people.
