THE ROLE

Most team members begin learning appointment setting and can grow into high-ticket closing opportunities based on performance and development.

As part of our sales team, your job is to:

• Build trust with homeowners
• Communicate confidently
• Learn and follow proven sales systems
• Set qualified appointments
• Run appointments (closers)
• Present honest, effective home improvement solutions
• Improve your communication and sales skills daily
• Follow up professionally
• Represent the company with integrity

This is NOT a role where you’re thrown into chaos with no support.

We provide structure, coaching, systems, and mentorship.

Your growth depends on your willingness to learn and apply coaching.

COMPENSATION

Commission-Based (1099)

Appointment Setters

• Typical earnings: $80K–$100K+

Sales Closers

• Earn $1,000–$20,000+ per deal
• Typical earnings: $120K–$240K+ annually

Your income is performance-based and uncapped.
