Sales Representative — Club Pilates Jones Valley
COMPANY OVERVIEW:
Club Pilates offers group reformer Pilates classes in a variety of formats and levels, making Pilates accessible to beginners and experienced members alike. At Club Pilates Jones Valley, we help members build strength, confidence, and a consistent fitness routine in a welcoming studio environment.
POSITION:
We are seeking a friendly, motivated Sales Representative to help grow our studio and support our members. This role combines membership sales, lead follow-up, and front desk responsibilities.
The ideal candidate is comfortable making outbound calls, building relationships, explaining membership options, and asking for the sale. Sales experience is strongly preferred. A fitness background is helpful but not required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently by phone, text, and email
- Goal-oriented and motivated to meet individual and studio sales goals
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn ClubReady and LoyalSnap
- Ability to manage competing priorities while providing a welcoming member experience
- Dependable attendance and consistent evening and weekend availability
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow up with new and existing leads to book introductory classes and convert prospects into members
- Learn about each prospect’s needs and recommend appropriate membership options
- Conduct studio tours and explain memberships, private training, teacher training, and retail offerings
- Prepare introductory class guests by collecting required information, confirming reservations, and ensuring waivers are completed
- Meet individual sales goals and contribute to studio performance
- Maintain accurate client notes, contact information, and follow-up tasks
- Welcome members and guests, assist with check-in, and answer questions
- Support member retention through attentive service and timely communication
- Process sales and payments accurately
- Help keep the front desk, retail area, and studio clean and organized
- Assist with studio promotions, events, and community outreach as needed
COMPENSATION & PERKS:
- $14–$17 per hour, based on experience

Job Type: Part-time
Expected Hours: 16–32 per week
SCHEDULE & AVAILABILITY:
We are currently hiring primarily for evening and weekend shifts. Consistent availability for at least one weekend day is required; availability for both Saturday and Sunday is preferred.
