Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and community outreach
Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
Present and sell Alfa Insurance products including auto, home, life, and commercial policies
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and referrals
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance goals
Process policy applications, renewals, and endorsements accurately and efficiently
Stay current on product knowledge, industry trends, and state insurance regulations
Requirements:
Active Alabama Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)
Previous sales experience, preferably in insurance, financial services, or a related field
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and hit sales goals
Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
Reliable, professional, and customer-focused demeanor
