Position Overview

As a Sales Representative, you will communicate with prospective and existing customers, explain relevant products or services, follow up on inquiries, and help guide customers through the sales process. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, comfortable building professional relationships, and motivated to achieve measurable goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through approved outreach channels.
• Respond to sales inquiries and understand customers' needs and objectives.
• Present company products or services accurately and professionally.
• Explain pricing, features, service terms, and available options.
• Follow up with prospects, maintain communication, and manage sales opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documentation as needed.
• Maintain accurate prospect and customer records in the company's CRM system.
• Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and results.
• Work collaboratively with customer service and other teams to support customer satisfaction.
• Meet established performance goals while following company policies and ethical sales practices.
• Share customer feedback and market observations with management.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to explain information clearly.
• Good organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM and sales tools.
• Ability to work toward measurable objectives and manage multiple prospects.
• Sales, retail, customer service, or business development experience is preferred.
• Professionalism, integrity, and willingness to learn.

Entry-level candidates may be considered if training is provided.
